If you have a suggestion or question about how HeavyM works, don't hesitate to seek help in the Facebook group or in the Forum. Our community or support team will be happy to answer you with a detailed explanation and it could help other users.

Please enter the details of your request. A member of our support staff will respond as soon as possible.

If you have a technical problem, please detail your configuration and send us your heavym.log file. You can open it from the software menu Help → Open Logs.... Otherwise, it is located in "Documents/HeavyM/Log" on Windows or "User/Library/Application Support/HeavyM/Log" on Mac OS. (If the folder is hidden, go to the Finder, hold Shift, click on the "Go” menu and select "Library".)
